Not happy with your purchase? We'll gladly process your item(s) for return. Please make sure before you ship item(s) that they fit our return criteria listed below.
- Items being returned must be unworn and unwashed.
- Clothing must be free from deodorant, makeup, cigarette smoke, odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs showing that it has been worn or used.
- Original tags must be attached to clothing.
- Returns must be returned to Closet♡619 within 15 business days receiving your order.
- Unfortunately, Shipping charges are non-refundable. We (Closet♡619) are not responsible for returned shipping cost or lost/stolen items.
- The customer is responsible for shipping cost if item is returned by mail carrier if there is an issue with delivery ( i.e. wrong address on file).
- Please include order invoice with return.
